Hello, it's nice to meet you all.

A little about myself:

I've been drawing for as long as I can remember. Not only do I draw, but I sing as a hobby, and I’ve been writing a story (and have been procrastinating on) to which most of my characters have been coming from. Most of my family has or still have the interest for drawing; simply put, their interest became my influence, but mainly my eldest brother. He used to draw many, many Dragon Ball Z characters (or used the same style), and I couldn’t help but admire his work and the style of which it had been drawn in.

At first, when I was quite a bit younger, I began creating my own Pokemon and Inuyasha characters - more or less crossing the different styles. It was a basic and childish form of anime. But as I progressed through the years, the style that I used to find myself drawing in became my own and unique sort of style. To this day, I still experiment with the different styles and such. I like discovering my limits, so to speak. :)

I’ve been writing for nearly 5 years and only really began writing in an alternate universe sort of Fanfiction style; As I mentioned earlier, I began branching out into writing my own sort of story (particularly for the character Raven Haruka) since 2012. I haven’t had much time to update it in any sort of way, but I plan on writing more of it soon! In addition to writing stories, I’ve created some different forms of free-verse poetry. Common themes of my poetry consist of darkness, loneliness, and death - my main influence, if you couldn’t tell already, is Edgar Allen Poe (his work equals insanity and death at it’s finest!).

Finally to my favorite form of writing; I thoroughly enjoy RP (Role play) on Facebook. I've been into roleplaying since 2009. I started out as the canon character Isuzu Rin Sohma from the popular manga and anime series, Fruits Basket. Since then, I’ve branched out into roleplaying as my original character, (obviously) Raven. While I have many influences for Raven’s character, her main influence is probably Taiga Aisaka from Toradora. She’s the closest to my personality, and in truth, I wanted to model Raven after myself (and when I get around to making the animation, I plan to voice act as her. ^^; ). While I haven’t yet, I plan on updating her biography and will be uploading it on here. I could type a whole chapter on just her complex personality and fate of some sort- even a chapter on why I created her and for what purpose, but naturally, that’s something for another day.

Despite my love for artwork, I also enjoy music quite a bit. Genres of choice generally range from the happy and preppy K-Pop to Death Metal, if you know what I mean. A close friend of mine recently got me into the K-Pop boy band titled VIXX. I never thought I’d like the genre until I heard their music.
